Dasha Ware, the esteemed digital marketing maven behind RSG Agency, Rap Snacks, and an array of burgeoning artists and music creators. While her name may not immediately resonate beyond Atlanta's bustling music and entertainment scene, her remarkable work and illustrious clientele have undoubtedly left an indelible mark.

Swiftly rising to prominence, Dasha Ware has established herself as a leading figure in music marketing, wholeheartedly embracing the entrepreneurial domain. Her profound expertise has played a pivotal role in elevating significant recording artists from the southern region to unprecedented success. Ware's mastery blossomed during the era of southern crunk, snap, and trap mumble music.

Ware embarked on her professional journey in 2006, rapidly amassing credibility through word-of-mouth referrals and garnering the privilege to collaborate executing marketing efforts with notable industry titans such as Rap Snacks, FUBU, Reebok, as well as esteemed artists including Meek Mill, Nicki Minaj, 21 Savage, Gucci Mane, Master P, and many others. Her tireless work ethic and unparalleled ingenuity soon captured the attention of discerning executives, earning her a reputation as a fervent advocate of growth and a catalyst for realizing the dreams of aspiring talents in music and entertainment, and now sports.

From 2010 to 2022, Ware played a pivotal role in overseeing Rap Snacks' digital and social media strategy, enabling its expansion from local Atlanta convenience stores to an impressive network of over 1,000 stores, including prominent retailers like Walmart, Krogers, Sams, Big Lots, Spencer's, and numerous others.

In 2014, Ware's social media expertise gained recognition as she earned a spot among the Top 5 Social Media Influencers in Atlanta, acknowledged by Social Media Marketing University. Entrepreneur Evan Carmichael, a notable figure on Forbes' "World's Top 40 Social Marketing Talent" list, identified her as a Top 100 Branding Expert on Twitter. The Founder Rising Star Award nomination followed in 2015, and in 2016, she received the Young Entrepreneur of the Year accolade from The Unstoppable Woman Organization.

Venturing further into the music landscape, Ware delved into music distribution in 2017 through a strategic partnership with STEM, which spanned until 2019. This collaboration led to the release of over 120+ records and 60+ albums, collectively amassing over 11+ million catalog streams. These remarkable achievements were made possible through collaborations with esteemed artists such as Gucci Mane, Lil Keed, Yella Beezy, Money Man, 2 Chainz, Blac Youngsta, and numerous other independent talents.

In late 2019, driven by her unwavering passion for education and talent development, Ware took on the role of Instructor at SAE Institute in Atlanta, GA, generously imparting her knowledge and experience to aspiring music creators. Her commitment to nurturing emerging talents also inspired her to take on as Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Board Member of the National Collegiate Entertainers Group, an esteemed non-profit organization affiliated with Georgia State University. The National Collegiate Entertainers Group, led by students, for students, strives to establish the NCAA of the Music Industry.

Additionally, in 2020, Dasha Ware embarked on co-founding D&D Management and Consulting, a boutique management and consulting agency tailored to serve the interests of both music creators and athletes. D&D Management and Consulting prioritizes talent cultivation, aiding athletes in school placement, and negotiating NIL (Name, Image, Likeness) deals, thereby laying the groundwork for their entry into sports drafts.

In the beginning of 2021, Dasha initiated her endeavor of compiling a book catalog, launching two titles on Amazon: "Smart Artists Don't Starve" and "The Smart Artist Release", dedicated to empowering independent artists to create and monetize their music effectively. The success of these releases earned her the title of best-selling author. Dasha intends to expand her catalog by releasing multiple books annually.

Notably, in 2023, RSG Agency, led by Dasha Ware, received recognition, earning an "Honorable Mention" for the "Best of Georgia Digital Marketing Firm 2023" awarded by the Georgia Business Journal.

Simultaneously, Dasha became a Executive Board Member of the African Women Mobilization Commission, a non-profit dedicated to empowering women through capacity building for leadership, philanthropy, advocacy against domestic violence, cultural programming, and training. Dasha is committed to playing a role in transforming lives, uplifting, empowering, and inspiring women and children within and beyond the diaspora.

In January 2024, Dasha earned recognition as a "40 Under 40" honoree by Business Elite, reinforcing her status as a prominent figure in digital marketing, music distribution, and talent development.

Throughout 2024, Dasha Ware will venture into the TV and film industry, taking on roles in executive production and screenwriting for films and TV series. She flourishes by establishing marketing monetization partnerships with key platforms such as Amazon Prime, Apple TV, VUDU, and Fandango, with a special emphasis on film distribution.
